School Breakfast Program
Volunteer with us at HOPE Volleyball and support the School Breakfast Program!

June 10, 2015 / School Breakfast Program

HOPE Volleyball Summerfest, the largest outdoor volleyball tournament in the region, is just around the corner and ONFE is thrilled to have been named one of the recipient charities for this year’s event. This year, proceeds from the tournament will go to help feed students across the city through the Ottawa School Breakfast Program but we need your help to make it a success! In return for the support, we are asked to provide 50 volunteers to help with the smooth running of the event and we are in urgent need of your help.

Volunteers are still needed for the following shifts on Saturday, July 11th:

3:30-8:30pm – Court tear down
5-10pm – Site tear down and clean-up

Volunteers will also be required to attend one of two orientation sessions on Wednesday, July 8th at either 6:30pm or 7:30pm at the event site, Mooney’s Bay Beach, 2960 Riverside Drive.

All volunteers must be 16 years of age or older.

If you would like more information or if you’re available to help, please contact Alison Sheepway at or 613-366-3085 ext. 259.
